Space to feel.
Space to (re)think.
Space to grow.
Therapy is a space to be heard; to be free to explore your feelings; to be in genuine dialogue about the things that matter to you; to gain new perspectives on yourself and your life; and find new ways to heal and grow.
How I work
I believe in working collaboratively and transparently in a flexible, warm and genuine way. I aim to build a relationship that feels real and supportive, and to tailor the way we use the sessions and the kind of conversations we have in a way that respects your personal needs, priorities and boundaries.
Whether that's just listening a lot and giving you space to think about what's going on for you; or more actively observing and reflecting on patterns in how you are relating to things in your life and your past so we can explore and understand them together; or working together to develop concrete strategies for living with trauma, stress or depression.
All sessions are confidential.
